me, KC, to invite you into "My World"
I shall begin introducing myself as the sultry mistress of my domain where I perceive life in a way most would never dare to fathom~ It is NOT unusual, to cross paths with a strong, confident woman who thrives on progress and innovation! It IS unusual, to meet a confident, strong woman who tempers that with a generous helping of charm and grace; I flaunt my femininity from the boardroom to the bedroom~ and though I'm aware a significant amount of my femininity happens naturally, I'm also aware that my conscious effort and diligence enhances this trait.
I take pride in knowing that my graciousness and consideration for others is my greatest asset. My bright outlook on life is balanced by a realistic, yet optimistic outlook on life~ while many consider me a free spirit, my southern roots keep me grounded. As a strong willed woman, (which by the way, if you aren't from the south, is a nice way of saying I'm Stubborn)
I Know what I need and want out of life and sincerely embrace those that choose to venture it with me.
I was fortunate as a little blue-eyed belle to spend the summers of my first eighteen years on the Carolina Coast~ With sand between my toes, I was taught to Shag, Shrimp and open EVERY type of shellfish~ even Before I was school age~ These experiences were the sound foundation of my deep southern roots.

Being a typical 'High School Homecoming Queen/Captain of The Cheerleader Squad and Pageant Queen dating Small Town Athletic "Stars";~ It was no surprise that I received my "formal" education at a local University. Attended and graduated from a well-known university,where my high school boyfriend just happened to be an upcoming Junior on a sports scholarship. Much to many mentors' dismay, it was the only higher learning institute that I applied for acceptance. This thought is possibly the reason behind why 'Monday Morning Quarterback' remains one of my favorite cliches -; And "WHAT" if Anything Good resulted from such typical Southern 'Storybook' Rearing....besides thinking I may need to use my passport to cross The Mason Dixon Line;) ~Was the required "religion" of college football~
To me, college football is quite a SACRED Southern Institution. Don't ask me how to imagine my life without this autumn pageantry, played out over the course of many Saturdays~ Whether tail-gating on an ACC or SEC campus or simply watching the big game from home~ Kennedy enjoys this chance to socialize, cook and party! To me, the college football season packs in all the revelry and excitement of Mardi Gras while eating my Fab BBQ Ribs and Fried Chicken, Sugar~oh yes and KC's Famous Biscuits!
While sports are a big part of the KC life, my other interests include art, dance (and cooking ) of course~ To me, spending a rainy cold Saturday or Sunday in a local museum is Fabulous! Otherwise you will find me perched on the beautiful SC Beach in my Bikini or on my 'designated' Bar Stool @ one of KC's many favorite Coastal Restaurants~ I also simply adore the Ballet after sliding into one of my elegant dresses~ And though this 'type' of evening may not immediately appeal to you~ KC says~ 'Ballet' is simply lap dancing for the Cultured, Dahlin'.
From professional standpoint I 1st gained experience in "corp america" in late 2001 when my artistic abilities were succommed and my wanderlust were summoned to shackles with benefits. Having freedom 'only as I knew it" transformed into a daily life involving a desk and a nice title as 'techinal writer' aka do what we need to stay afloat until the budget allows us to re-hire again. My summonded desk experience ended as happily ever after. My title went from "technical gofer" to Human Resources manager and eventually to Controller. The company was successful enough to be sold, much to my artistic relief you can likely assume that unlike many of my corporate peers, my wanderlust was delighted to relinquish the star studded controller crown. So as I took down my various framed "I did that" (s),rolled up my 007 poster, my bittersweet feelings of guilt quickly transformed to a gleeful WOOHOO! This gal finally rode off ino the sunset, to claim her next adventure & be grateful for the desk experience that made a difference. In case u were wondering...I'm happy to say the company continues to successfully operate and exchange Christmas Cards;)
